A. Mobile concrete batching plant ready mix with a pump

This means a full set of mobile batching plant (drum or compulsive type) is equipped with a concrete pump of a capacity fully meeting the pumping requirement of the construction project. The plant models might be YHZS25, YHZS35, YHZS50, YHZS60 or YHZS75, and the concrete pump is usually a trailer pump between 20m3 to 120m3 per hour. The engine can be powered by diesel or electricity, but you have to choose the power type upon purchasing the pump, for these two types are not mixed in application. Generally both types are OK, and you just need to decide based on your local power conditions.

The advantages of such a set of plant include high automatic level, high efficiency and high concrete quality. Although the cost is much higher than simper types of mobile plants, it plays an irreplaceable role in big-scale construction sites that need concrete to be mixed and pumped efficiently.

B. Mobile concrete mixer with pump

This is one set of equipment rather than two like the plant and pump above. The plant here is composed of a trailer concrete pump and a drum mixer or twin shaft horizontal compulsive mixer, combining functions of both the pump and the mixer. In comparison to type A, this type of mobile batching plants consist of less devices and transfer more conveniently, and the cost is much less, too. However, it cannot compete with the former in either concrete quality or production efficiency, for its raw materials must be fed in a semi-automatic or totally manual way. Therefore, these plants are only suitable for small civil construction projects.
