In spite of the fact that the mixing period of drum industrial concrete mixer machines is only 30 or 45 seconds which proves to be shorter than compulsive mixers, the latter wins in mixing quantity and quality. Forced concrete mixers have higher efficiency than drum mixers of the same quality and model. It’s not recommended to equip a highly efficient plant with a low efficiency mixer. In addition, compulsive mixers are different from each other as well. JDC mixers are not a good choice as mixing units for concrete batching plants, because their yield is less than JS mixers and because their tilting discharging way would make it more difficult to design a plant.
